Two Awards for Zuzana Součková

PhD student Zuzana Součková has achieved remarkable success with her poster “Molecular dynamics approach to solubility of amino acids in aqueous salt solutions” at two prestigious conferences.

At the International Conference on Chemical Thermodynamics (ICCT 2025) in Porto, her poster was selected among the TOP 5 best posters, and at the 14th Barrande-Vltava French-Czech Chemistry Meeting in Pardubice it was even ranked in the TOP 3 of the entire event.

Zuzana is a third-year PhD student in Chemistry, preparing her dissertation “Preferential interactions of biomolecules with additives in aqueous solutions” at the Department of Physical Chemistry under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Jan Heyda.

These awards provide strong motivation to continue her research and to present it further on the international stage. Congratulations, Zuzana!
