ATHENS 2025
During the week of 17–21 November 2025, the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT Prague), together with collaborating departments of the Czech Technical University (CTU), hosted a series of intensive courses within the international ATHENS Programme, which brings together fourteen leading European technical universities. This year, the Prague session welcomed 238 students, enrolled across 12 specialized courses.
At the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, the course Digital Signal and Image Processing with Applications was conducted under the academic supervision of Prof. Aleš Procházka from the Department of Computing and Control Engineering at UCT Prague.
The week-long programme concluded with the traditional final colloquium, held on Friday, 21 November, in lecture hall A40, where students presented the outcomes of their work and projects developed during the intensive course activities.
