Two PhD Students Recognized at the World's Largest Membrane Conference

Two doctoral students from our faculty, Jana Floreková and Josef Schneider, from the group of Prof. Karel Friess (www.membranegroup.cz), successfully participated in the international ICOM2026, the largest membrane conference in the world, organized once every 3 years, which took place this year in the USA, in San Antonio, Texas.

Both received prestigious awards for their presented work, created within the framework of the GAČR projects 24-11041S and 24-10288S. Jana received the Elias Klein Travel Supplement Award, as well as the award for the best poster in the Gas Separation section, while Pepa received the award for the best poster in the CO2 Capture section
